We care that every PAYBACK employee HAS a DEVELOPMENT PLAN – discussed, agreed with the manager. Individual development plans are the starting point for creating a training schedule, addressing individual activities.
We base our development planning on the 70-20-10 model.
According to it:
70% of planned development activities should be related to the practice in the current position, focused on the development of professional competences. It is about delegating new or additional tasks and powers to an employee, expanding responsibility in a given job position, participation in teams and projects. According to this concept, the development of an employee to a large is extented enables by new professional experience.
20% of planned activities are ongoing support, regular feedback provided by the immediate supervisor and contribution of others. These are regular meetings with employees, providing feedback and support in solving problems. The employee develops competences thanks to the supervisor who, while supervising and supporting his activities, shares his experience and knowledge (mentoring, coaching).
10% of the planned development activities is participation in various forms of internal and external training. Thanks to them, the employee acquires knowledge and new competences that are difficult to develop through the implementation of tasks in a given position or the support of the superior.
