It's amazing how much we can learn about each other just by sitting and enjoying a shared (virtual) coffee or lunch. We also know how much all PAYBACK employees value a good work atmosphere and interaction with others. However, remote and hybrid work has greatly affected the quality and network of everyone's relationships. Active contact with others is mostly limited to one's own team, and new employees need more time to implement and get to know everyone.
