As HR team we support PAYBACK's business by creating a work environment that engages employees and empowers effective work.
We are there for you in all matters related to employment and your presence at PAYBACK. We make sure that all employees come to work with pleasure and feel comfortable in our company.
We support areas such as recruitment, introducing new employees to the company, training & development, benefit management, HR systems (Enova 365, P2E), not forgetting the payroll. We also care about the consistency of actions and decisions within all business teams.

Information about the work of our team:
1. We work hybrid – we are in the office on different days, but if you want to meet us in full, Tuesdays are our team day
2. All HR topics, processes, tools are described in detail on our Toolbox to which we invite you to go first if any questions arise
3. you can contact us at hr@payback.net, where we efficiently deal with any issue you raise
4. There is an HR box in our room, where you can drop your documents at any time (use your card to open the door - don't worry if we are then sitting "on the headphones")

- Anna Muszyńska - Jurków – HR Director - „M”– ongoing cooperation with the Management Board, Manager Community, leaders from Poland and International, HR Business Partner for the following teams:Operations, Administration, Finance, Controlling, Legal and international teams from outside the Tech & Data area. Coordination of Employer Branding activities.
- Iwona Jeznach – Senior HR Specialist - Master of contracts, annexes, HR systems (Enova 365, P2E, Self Service),vacations, payroll and benefits.
- Ilona Jabłońska – Senior HR Business Partner - Agent for special projects, including Onboarding, Development, Account Management. HR Business Partner for the following teams: Marketing, Partner Success, Digital and Growth.
- Agnieszka Dobrogosz - Goc – HR Business Partner- Pro for supporting, listening, advising, developing, motivating...all exclusively for Tech & Data teams.
- Alina Młynarz – Recruiting Specialist - Talent Hunter – supports the development of international teams by conducting recruitment processes for open positions in the Tech&Data area.
