People interested in participating in language classes report their willingness to participate directly to Agnieszka Dobrogosz-Goc.

We collect enrollment for classes before the start of each training semester. Semesters cover the following periods: September - January, February - June. If you are finishing the trial period, you can join the class during the semester, as long as the available budget allows it.

Classes are held online, and the date of the lessons is determined by the participants of the group. For the July / August holiday period, classes are suspended.

The cost covered by the employee depends on the selected formula of classes:

• Group Classes – the employee covers 20% of the costs (which depends on the size of the group and the number of lessons, detailed in table below)

• Individual Classes  – the employee covers 50% of the costs (PLN 198 per month for classes with a Polish teacher and PLN 240 per month for classes with a native speaker)

Participants of the classes pay some of the costs (listed in the point above) directly to our supplier (Future Center company) on the basis of an invoice sent  directly to the e-mail address.

Individual classes are settled every month, while group classes at the end of each quarter.

The employee can also make payments with P2E points.

Four steps are required:

• collect the appropriate amount of PB Points in your P2E account,
• by the 15th of the month, apply to use the collected Points to pay for the training - for this purpose, send an e-mail to: hr@payback.net,

Within 7 days you will receive feedback on the number of Points that will be collected from your P2E account and the amount that will be added to your salary in order to calculate and deduct the due tax and contributions.

• fill in a statement confirming your approval for charging your P2E account with the indicated number of points and agreement to add the indicated amount to your salary,
• fill out the cost settlement form in the Neula system, attaching the invoice issued to Loyalty Partner Poland Sp. z o. o.

We are currently cooperating with Future Center, and as part of the current cooperation, we have the opportunity to use not only language classes but also the Words To Go  application (it is an application for mobile phones, laptops, PCs and mobile devices that activates and supports learning in the field of vocabulary learning. It enables faster memorization of words and phrases by visualizing them and providing the context of their use and listening to the words). All PAYBACK employees have access to the free application  upon prior notification of their will.

An employee chooses the time suitable for the lessons by himself/herself. Thus, they can be held during the day, if they do not disrupt tasks and do not occupy conference rooms.  Please remember that the language classes don’t count to your working time.
