The possibility of using Polish language classes is available to employees who meet the following two conditions:

• Employee works in PAYBACK based on employment contract and
• Polish is not his/her native language.

The most important rules:

• There are two forms of classes: individual and group.
• Classes are held once a week, and their length cannot exceed 60 minutes.
• The employee reports willingness to Ilona Jabłońska.
• The employee commits to:
  - attendance at classes (in case of two incorrect cancellations of classes or in the case of attendance lower than 80% in a given semester, the employee loses the opportunity to continue classes),
  - verification of the acquired knowledge in tests at the end of the semester or language audits (negative evaluation of the test/audit or discussion of participation in it limits the possibility of continuing classes in the next semester).
