The General Counsel's Organization (GCO) team advises on all legal issues related to Loyalty Partner Polska Sp. z o. o. and its organizational functions. We are the first point of contact for all legal matters and coordinate legal support (in-house and external consultants). Our team deals with many different areas of law and we know how to use our legal knowledge to give our colleagues' ideas a legally acceptable framework. We are here to help you - verify your ideas from a legal perspective before you start taking action!

Our tasks include legal support in preparing, negotiating and interpreting contracts and other documents, verifying the correctness of ToS, assessing issues in many areas of law, e.g. related to competition law or consumer law, and advising on data protection. We also examine the legal framework for new areas of activity and new markets.
