The lunch card is a prepaid Mastercard that allows payment for meals in catering or retail establishments such as bars, restaurants, cafes, confectioneries, grocery stores, discount stores, supermarket, vegetable stores that accept Mastercard payment cards. It is also accepted outside Poland, as well as for online payments.
Each employee (on permanent employment contract) will receive funds of PLN 450 per month on an individual card to use for meal purchases (stores, restaurants, catering companies). The meal card is only taxable, not reduced by Social Security contributions.

The lunch card is given to PAYBACK employees with a permanent employment contract. So you will receive your card with the change to a permanent employment contract. We will inform you when it is ready to pick up
Meal cards will be fill by the 6th of each month.
Your card will be charged up with an amount proportional to the number of days worked in a given month (i.e. the amount of PLN 450 is divided by the number of days worked).

Your lost card will be blocked and a new one ordered at the same time. Thus, your existing funds will be transferred to the new card. Please remember that the cost of issuing a duplicate card and transferring funds to the new card is paid by the employee. The amount will be taken from the funds accumulated on the card.
ATTENTION: The employee can block the card and order a new card only if he has funds on the card to cover the cost of the operation. If there are no funds, the card must be ordered by the employer.
As with payment cards, we are unable to protect your funds until the card is blocked. Therefore, remember to notify your provider immediately. Your card will be blocked so that unauthorized people cannot use the funds stored on it.
No. You can keep the card and use the accumulated funds until the card expires.
The funds must be used before the card expires, otherwise the funds are lost.
The account balance is usually updated within 24 – 48 hours. This depends on Mastercard and the terminals on which transactions were made.
