According to attachment number 3 in Labour Regulations, corrective glasses are provided to Employees who fulfill two conditions at the same time:
- they work in front of the screen monitor/laptop at least half of work time per day and
- corrective glasses have been prescribed within preventive health care with recommendation to use it during work in front of the computer
Providing the Employee with corrective glasses / specialized glasses means reimbursing the Employee the cost of purchasing the glasses indicated in the invoice issued by name to the Employee or to the company (Loyalty Partner Poland Sp. z o. o.) in the amount of PLN 500.

Corrective glasses are provided to Employees who fulfill cost two conditions at the same time:

In order to receive a refund, an invoice plus statement from a doctor with a note "the need to use glasses when working with a screen monitor" should be attached to the expense settlement form in the system Neula.
In order to expense settlement, two documents are needed:
- an invoice issued by name to the Employee or company (Loyalty Partner Polska Sp. z o.o.),
- a statement from the doctor with a note about "the need to use glasses when working with a screen monitor".
The invoice for the purchase of glasses can be higher, but the maximum refund for the purchase is PLN 500.00.
Of course, such an invoice you can settle. The amount of refund will be the same as the amount on the invoice.
As often as there are medical indications to it, in other words, when your eyes get worse and the use of corrective glasses is required.
