Below you’ll find detailed information dedicated managers conducting recruitment processes for the teams supporting polish business. In international teams Tech & Data it looks a bit different and is described here.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENT PROCESS

Approval to start a recruitment process is provided by Managing Director and HR Director. This applies to all recruitment processes, no matter whether the position is new or the need to recruit is the result of an employee leaving or going on maternity leave.

  1. The Hiring Manager reports the need by e-mail as well as the approval of the Department Director to the HR Director.
  2. The Department Director presents the business case in a meeting with the HR Director and the Managing Director.
  3. Feedback with the decision is sent to the Hiring Manager and dedicated HR Business Partner.
  4. After gaining the approval, the recruitment process is started.

LAUCH OF THE PROCESS – Your TO DO list AS HIRING MANAGER

  1. Prepare a job description according to the attached template and send it to your HR Business Partner (template).
  2. With the job description, send the questions to candidates you would like to include in the recruitment form (template).
  3. You can also recommend places to publish your job offer (by default, our job offers are available on pracuj.pl, PB careers page, Linkedin).
  4. Consider informal sources of recommendations (your network, publications on your Linkedin profile, referrals from your friends).
  5. Familiarize yourself with the scheme of the recruitment process.

SCHEME OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  1. The applications of all candidates are uploaded into the recruitment system e-recruiter. Access to the system is given to the Hiring Manager when the recruitment process starts.
  2. The Hiring Manager selects CVs and assesses candidates in the system. HR conducts brief phone interviews with selected candidates, and after calls sends a summary to the manager. (We check the most important requirements, verify financial expectations)
  3. The Hiring Manager, based on the feedback, selects people for a recruitment meeting.
  4. Candidates who pass the first stage of recruitment, as a standard, will receive a recruitment task/business case and an invitation to the second meeting which is attended, in addition to the Hiring Manager, by the Director of the department and HR.
  5. The selected candidate receives a job offer by phone and then by e-mail.
  6. After approval of employment conditions, a contract and employee documents are prepared.

Please remember, then the recruitment process doesn't end after an offer is made. Familiarize yourself with the Onboarding process.
