Questions:

Yes, you can apply internally for any position, as long as you meet the conditions in the job posting.

No, the Recommendationprogram is aimed at recruiting new colleagues who do not yet work for us. You can find all the information here.

We want to be as transparent as possible with internal changes, but at the same time maintain confidentiality. This means that if you want to make a change internally, it's best to speak directly with your current supervisor. However, you can also wait until you have spoken to your HR representative and/or the potential new supervisor has told you that he or she would like to meet you in person.

According to the process, all applications from people interested in participating in internal recruitment must go to the HR department.

Generally, we treat internal and external applicants for a position equally. However, you can assume that your experience within the PAYBACK will carry a lot of weight and that this will be an important advantage over any external applicant.

Yes, you will always receive personal feedback from the HR department. Regardless of when and at what point in the process a decision is made.

The time of the change is based on your contractual notice period. Urgent operational needs and/or contractual obligations that we have towards customers may be the reason for a different notice period – but this must be the exception and must be well justified. For an internal change, also between companies, no notice is required.

In principle, yes. However, you should have been in your current position for at least 18 months before switching. Also, a change must of course make sense for your personal development.

The internal recruitment process is designed to promote the further development of each employee. Therefore, there must be specific reasons to object. For example, if your current department or team has lost a large number of employees in recent months, such as due to departures, internal changes, going on maternity or parental leave.

It depends on salary range in the position you are applying for. If you are changing within your current hierarchy level, your salary may remain the same. The issue of salary is considered on an individual basis and requires the approval of the HR Director

Yes. Whether you will be promoted directly upon transfer depends on whether you meet the requirements of the position. If you do not meet the criteria, transfer is still possible. You will then work with your new supervisor on a development plan to move to the next level in the hierarchy.
