Having regular Feedback Sessions with your PAYACK GROUP manager can have the following benefits:

•  It intensifies the exchange between you and the PAYBACK GROUP leader
•  You receive constructive and motivating feedback regarding your performance and your competencies (professional and personal)
•  You can actively contribute your ideas and discuss development opportunities during the feedback meeting with your PAYBACK GROUP manager
•  Feedback forms the basis for a reference, provided your employer takes our input on board

You can only request a reference directly from your employer. If the assessment of the PAYBACK GROUP manager is also important to you and your employer is willing to accept the input, complete the "Zeugnisinput" form and send it by e-mail to your HR contact person, stating the contact person at your employer. We will then send your manager's ratings from the feedback sheet to your employer.
