By default, Friends are automatically added to the corresponding Friends distribution lists in Outlook by the personnel management system. Inclusion in the distribution lists and changes are made exclusively via the information in the ESS profile of the Friends. If you are not on the distribution list, please contact Helpdesk for clarification.
