How we Work @PAYBACK GROUP
We firmly believe that personal interaction in the office strengthens our culture and promotes collaboration and trust within the team.
From September 10, 2024 until further notice:
- Work at least 3 days a week in the office.
We continue to offer you a lot of flexibility:
- Those who work 5 days a week can work from home for up to 2 days.
- If you work 4 or fewer days, you can work remotely on one day.
The arrangement applies on a weekly basis and remains in place even in the event of vacation, public holidays or sick days.
Mobile working:
Mobile working means working from a suitable home workplace. The focus is on a professional environment that enables concentrated and effective work.
On days when you are not in the office, you usually work from home. Alternatively, in consultation with your manager, you can also work at another location in Germany if a suitable workplace is available. The interests of the PAYBACK GROUP and the team are always paramount.
Requirements for mobile working:
- The work can be done effectively outside the office.
- The manager is informed in advance of the time and place.
- There are no operational reasons that prevent mobile working.
- All data protection and confidentiality regulations are observed (see TOOLBOX).
INFO
Exceptions in the new working model:
- Existing written agreements on the place of work remain in place.
- Roles that do not allow mobile working (e.g. reception) require a daily office presence.
- Apprentices and students generally work in the office; exceptions are possible, but one day of presence per week is mandatory.
Will the model be reviewed?
Our “How We Work” is based on personal responsibility, team consultation and collegiality. Within the defined guidelines, you still have a lot of flexibility, supported by your managers.
Business trips and team events:
Days that you spend with business partners, at seminars or at all-day training sessions count as office days.
Can I also work from a country outside Germany?
Yes - you can find the details and guidelines here.
