Friends - Equal Pay & Equal Treatment
Equal Pay & Equal Treatment form the principle of equality within the framework of the Temporary Employment Act. According to this, a service provider must grant a colleague the essential working and pay conditions applicable in the hirer's company for the duration of the temporary employment.
An employer is exempt from the equal pay and equal treatment obligation if the employer applies a collective bargaining agreement with differing provisions.
When searching for a Friend, the service provider receives information from LP about the amount of remuneration including bonuses of a comparable colleague, as well as the working conditions applicable at LP, e.g. canteen use, working hours, vacation, gym and benefits.
The service provider is responsible for compliance with Equal Pay and Equal Treatment. If you have any questions regarding Equal Pay and Equal Treatment, please contact your employer.
