In order to publish your date of birth and your photo on the intranet, we need your consent and original signature.

We also require your consent for the use of your private address within the PAYBACK GROUP HR department, e.g. for the purpose of sending you small gifts.

If you do not give your consent, we will unfortunately not be able to take you into account for such campaigns (e.g. birthday present or similar).
You can find all the details in the consent form. Please fill out the consent form, sign it (electronically) and send it to your HR contact person.

You can revoke your consent at any time and without reason (preferably by email).
