In the event of absence due to sickness or other reasons, e.g. delays, please inform your PAYBACK GROUP manager and your employer as soon as possible.
Certificates of incapacity for work should only be submitted to your employer. Please clarify directly with your employer whether and when you need to submit this.
The same applies to your child's sickness.
Info for friends - Vacation
In accordance with the Equal Treatment Act, we have informed your employer that the annual vacation (calendar year) for full-time permanent colleagues is 30 days.
You will coordinate your leave with your PAYBACK GROUP manager and then apply to your employer for it.
Businesses in Germany are generally closed from 24 to 31 December. Therefore, remember that you must also take leave during this period.
