Generally, the working hours contractually agreed with your employer and your PAYBACK GROUP manager apply.

PAYBACK GROUP colleagues have a trust-based working time model.

Since the Employee Leasing Act and the billing with our service providers require time recording, Friends must record their times. Please coordinate with your PAYBACK GROUP manager (and your employer, if applicable) how time is recorded, as we use different methods in different areas in-house.

The lunch break is usually one hour. After 6 hours of continuous work, you must take a rest break of at least 30 minutes.

Breaks, visits to our gym, foosball, Friday-get-togethers, and more can be largely individualized, but do not count as working time.

Friends are not permitted to work on public holidays.
