Targeted training and development are important elements in promoting our colleagues. Around 70% of your personal training is carried out on the job. (see also here:) The contact persons for questions relating to this topic are the managers and HR advisors.

Training courses are always coordinated with your manager and HR, so that individual support can be ensured.

Internal Trainings

You can find the available dates of training courses under the description of the training courses in the respective booking option. You should discuss the necessary training modules with your manager in advance and then register.

The following information is required:

  • title and content of the training
  • target group
  • max. number of participants
  • place (Which Konfi have you already booked?), date and time of day
  • name of the trainer

External Trainings

Seminars and trainings offered by external providers serve to deepen your specialist knowledge if it cannot be imparted on the job or through internal knowledge transfer. If you have discussed with your manager that as part of your further development you need to attend an individually suitable training offered by an external training institute, these points are important: 

Enrollment process:

  • Need for participation determined in discussion with your manager
  • Currently preferred formats: webinars and virtual workshops
  • Manager reports costs to the division manager
  • eBanf  is set up by the team assistant
  • for training costs from 3.000€  request a repayment agreement via HR and manager
  • Registration for the training by the team assistant
  • Send a scan of the certificate to HR after the training

Haufe Academy, for example, offers a comprehensive range of training courses. On LinkedIN, you will also find numerous training paths and contents, and semigator.de is a good source to find available trainings, as well.
