The password for your domain account with the organization has a validity of 3 months. 2 weeks before its expiration you will receive an email reminding you to change it. The password complexity standard in PAYBACK is a minimum of 8 characters, including a lowercase and uppercase letter and a number or special character. Remember that you must be connected to the organization's internal network via cable, "IWL" Wi-Fi or VPN when changing your password! To change your password, simply use the Alt + Ctrl + Del shortcut and select "Change Password."

If you have forgotten your password then you can reset it yourself from any computer with Internet access, but this will only work if your company computer is connected to the internal company network. Below is a brief instruction on how to do this:

PAYBACK is part of the American Express Group. It is possible that in connection with your duties you will need access to an account on their domain, this is called an AMEX ADS account. In order to obtain this access, you will need to apply through this LINK.

Remember that the IT helpdesk team, is only able to help with the creation of the account and email address on the American Express side, however, we do not manage your accounts, also in matters of resetting the password for this account you need to contact TechCare American Express.

In order to access some of the features that your AMEX ADS account gives you, you may need access to a virtual machine (VDI). This is the equivalent of a physical computer that you log into remotely via your PAYBACK laptop. In order to get such access you need to submit the appropriate request and meet the requirements, which will be sent to your email by AMEX. After a month of not logging in to AMEX VDI, access expires and you will need to reapply. Here are short instruction on how to apply for an AMEX virtual machine:
