Computers in PAYBACK are handed out in two different standards, basic and developer.
Basic standard includes Dell Latitude 5300 and Dell Latitude 7330. Developer standard includes Dell Precision 3530 oraz Dell Precision 3571.
Due to IT security measures all USB ports in the notebooks are blocked for data storing devices e.g., pendrives or mobile phones.
Peripheral devices such as a mouse, keyboard or headphones are not blocked.
The standard lifecycle for laptops is 4 years. After the expiration they are replaced individually according to our hardware capabilities. The IT helpdesk team initiates contact with information about the exchange opportunity.
There is a pre-installed software on every notebook that is sufficient for performing standard tasks for your job. If you need any additional application, please use “Software Center” that is installed on your computer. From that tool you can install software allowed in the company by yourself.
There are certain peripherals available to pick up from Warsaw office such as mice, keyboards, headsets and webcams. If you need any of that equipment please contact polish IT helpdesk or submit request from that link: LINK

Please submit fitting ticket in the system: LINK or contact IT helpdesk directly.
When you submit the request with justification it is forwarded directly to Workplace Services or IT Security teams. Requests are reviewed and processed on an ongoing basis by members of these teams and when they are approved the “Install” button will appear in Software Center.
