In the Warsaw office, we have video-conference rooms with a set of cameras and microphones (the Wola room is reserved for board meetings, while the Red Hot Chilli Peppers have priority for recruitment interviews) and meeting rooms without audio-video equipment (Metallica is currently out of service). Each room has its own dedicated calendar in Outlook, where you can see the availability of appointments for booking. If you want to check who occupies a date on the calendar of a particular room, just send an invitation that overlaps with it, and in a return message from the room mailbox you will be informed about it. You can book rooms in two ways. Manually and through Room Finder, which will search for free rooms in a given time slot. Below are instructions for using both ways:
