WHAT ?
CCC It is an internal process of acceptance of the final content of the contract in the Neula system (former MAKIGAMI).
WHATCH OUT! An order, annex, addendum is also a contract, and therefore a legal document that requires approval in the Neula process.
HOW ?
In order for the original document to be signed by an authorized person, the contract must be successfully verified in Neula with all persons involved.
WHEN ?
A document should be uploaded to Neul after determining its final content. Once the Neula process is initiated, no changes to the content of the document can be done. It is only possible to accept or reject the document in its entirety
It is therefore important to familiarize and confirm its content by e-mail with all persons involved in the contract acceptance process.
WHO?
The person who is the "owner" of the contract , ie the person who generated the need to conclude an agreement is responsible for open a request in Neula system.
