Check the data of the company (e.g. indicated persons entitled to represnt the entity, NIP (Taxpayer’s Identification Number), KRS (National Court Register) number, company registered office address) free of charge, online at the official websites:
 

• for companies, check KRS.portal.gov HERE 
• for enterpreneurs who are natural persons and run a bussiness visit CEiDG website HERE 

If the other party to the contract is represented by someone not indicated in the official register, make sure to obtain power of attorney (PoA) BEFORE moving forward.

The scan of PoA (at least) shall be present to the Legal Department. We need to verify the power of attorney granted to such a person.
