SCREENING
WHAT?
It is the verification and approval process by AMEX that each and every NEW PARTNER and SUPPLIER is subject to before ordering any services / establishing any cooperation.
A confirmation scan from CADENCE is a proof of SCREENING.
WHY?
The confirmation scan from CADENCE is a necessary attachment to start the CCC (Contract Control Check) process in Neula (former MAKIGAMI). It will not be possible to sign the contract without it
WHEN?
You send a request for screening ONLY ONCE, before establishing any cooperation with the party.
It is a one-time initiated process that each and every new PARTNER and SUPPLIER must go through.
WHO?
The obligation to initiate a SCREENING lies with the person responsible for establishing a cooperation with the PARTNER or the SUPPLIER (so called "owner" of the contract).
... AND HOW ?
Depending on the category of the entity, one of the following processes shall apply:
