Navision - Microsoft Dynamics NAV - an integrated IT system running on Microsoft Windows.

Navision is an accounting software that processes and records the organization's daily financial transactions, including fixed asset management, 
expense and revenue management, receivables and liabilities management.

You need access to Navision if you are responsible for establishing or accepting EPRs (what is EPR and how to accept it).

Login to Navision Dynamics NAV 2017:

Open Windows Start Menu
Locate Navision Dynamics NAV 2017 and open it.
Login is done using the same credentials as for your computer.
