Basic information about Generation Z

Generation Park Z is a class A office and service Building covering approximately 18,000 m2 of lease area located on 14 aboveground floors. The main entrance to the Building is from the side of Towarowa St. and the parking lot can be accessed from Łucka St.

To order a taxi please use the most convenient address i.e. Pl. Europejski 1 (Warsaw Spire, there is a special bay dedicated for taxis).

The building was designed on the basis of the principles of sustainable construction. It was created with the use of environmentally friendly technologies and received a Platinum certificate in the LEED evaluation system.

Green solutions in the building

The GENERATION PARK Z was built based on the principles of sustainable construction, using environment-friendly technologies, and was LEED certified at Platinum level.

In accordance with the state Regulations, all litters we produce must be segregated into individual fractions: BIO, MIXED WASTE, PAPER, GLASS, METALS and PLASTICS. Specially designed EKO stations for this purpose can be found in several places in the office. More about the individual factions below:
