Neula is a platform which enables us to map and automate processes in PAYBACK (https://bpms.intra.loyaltypartner.com/#/login). Currently there are the following processes at our disposal:

• Control Contract Check Processes, obligatory prior getting Marcin Pilarski’s signature on any legal document: CCC_Admin;  CCC_HR;  CCC_Ksiegowosc; CCC_NDA; CCC_Partners|Customers; CCC_RODO;  CCC_Vendors. Process may take from 1 day up to 2-3 weeks. When the process is completed, you will receive an email from Legal Department including CCC evidence (pdf), which needs to be delivered to Anna Gos along with the copies of the legal document which are to be signed by Marcin.
• Process PODRÓŻ SŁUŻBOWA_WNIOSEK I ROZLICZENIE, after all required approvals the tickets will be issued, and hotel bookings will be made (by Anna Gos or Kinga Krajewska). Here you will also be able to settle expenses incurred and receive reimbursement.
• Process BUSINESS TRIPS_APPROVAL AND EXPENCES – dedicated for recharge trips, after all required approvals the tickets will be issued, and hotel bookings will be made (by Anna Gos or Kinga Krajewska). Here you will also be able to settle expenses incurred and receive reimbursement.
• Process EXTERNAL_BUSINESS TRIPS_APPROVAL – dedicated for HUB Team trips, after all required approvals the tickets will be issued, and hotel bookings will be made (by Kinga Krajewska). Here you will also be able to settle expenses incurred.
• Process Rozliczenia Wydatków Służbowych, with this process you will be able to settle expenses incurred and receive reimbursement.
• Process TLM_Vendor Onboarding, you choose if you are planning to start cooperation with a new Vendor or scope of work with the current Supplier is changing.
• Process Zgłoszenia Wymiany Telefonu Służbowego, if you are facing problems with your mobile phone (device).
• Processes Onboarding i Offboarding Pracowników, dedicated for HR Department.

IMPORTANT! If even one approver on the acceptance path chooses NOT APPROVED response, the process will be automatically stopped. In that case the process needs to be started from scratch. It is important to work on final versions of the documents, as it is not possible to resume process already stopped.
