ALL PEOPLE STAYING IN THE BUILDING ARE BOUND BY THE BUILDING RULES. EVERYONE IS OBLIGED TO READ IT AND COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE REGULATIONS.

The regulations include such sections as order and safety, security, ecology, rules for using the common areas of the building, and information on parking lots.

The most important points are as follows:

  • Doors to corridors and fire doors shall be closed when not used. Corridor doors and fire doors should be kept closed when not in use.
  • The tenant (i.e. you) is responsible for securing the office against burglary. Failure to comply with appropriate measures (e.g. leaving the external door open) will result in the liability of the Lessee himself (i.e. you).
  • It is forbidden to place any signs, letters, pictures, information or advertisements on the windows (in such a way that they are visible from the outside).
  • It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the building and within 8 m from the entrances to the building. It is allowed only in specially designated places.
  • Pets (except guide dogs) are not allowed in the building.
  • The Terrace is available to Users for a period of 6 months in a calendar year (April 1 - September 30) of each calendar year, during the building's opening hours, i.e. from 8:00 to 18:00.

The following prohibitions will be unconditionally enforced on the Terrace:

  • no leaning out or climbing on the Terrace railings,
  • no throwing of objects from the Terrace,
  • no littering,
  • no running,
  • no noise,
  • no inscriptions or signs to be placed on the Terrace railings, unless prior written consent is obtained from the Lessor or the Building Manager,
  • no flammable substances allowed.
  • no pets or feeding of birds are allowed on the Terrace.
  • no children under 12 (twelve) years of age may enter the Terrace unaccompanied by an adult.
