Moving around the Building

The entrances to the Generation Park Z Building are secured with the access control system, which grants permanent access to the persons working in the Building using one traditional and card. The Tenants’ guests are given access to the Building using a temporary QR code.

  1. Apart from the possibility to move around the facility using a traditional access card, the Generation Park by Skanska application enables a creation of a virtual access control card, based on the user’s defined access profile. A virtual card must be assigned to an iOS or Android mobile device with Bluetooth or NFC technology belonging to a user. Generating such a card is paid, in line with the price list available in the Building Manager’s office.
  2. Pedestrians can enter and leave the Building through the publicly available entrance at the ground floor. The Building reception is open between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Additionally, there is a virtual reception in the Building, which is a part of the Connected by Skanska system, which allows for inviting guests and granting them a temporary access to the Tenant’s floor using a QR code generated in the invitation, together with optional access to the parking lot.
  3. Before you enter the elevators, staircases, elevator halls and Tenants’ areas, your authorization to access will be verified using an access control card reader. The main lobby has an access-controlled elevator zone. To enter that zone you need to go through the gates with access control. You can enter the elevator zone at level 0 using a traditional or virtual card or a QR code. People working in the Building can go up in an elevator by reading a traditional or virtual access cardon the reader in front of the elevators and selecting a button corresponding to the target floor. TheTenant’s guests go up in an elevator after reading a QR code at the entrance gates and calling the appropriate elevator. You do not have to use the access control card to go down in an elevator to level 0.
  4. The (underground) parking lot users enter the premises of the Building after their license plate is read, or using a virtual or plastic access card. The parking lot gates and barriers are lifted automatically.
  5. Cyclists and scooter users entering the premises of the facility use the side door at the parking lot gate located from the side of Łucka St. and go to the freight and bicycle elevator.
  6. For the reasons of safety, if you lose or find an access control card or lose a device with a virtual access card, you must report it immediately to the Building Manager or authorized persons through the persons managing the Tenant’s area.

 

Instructions for the use of elevators

The Generation Park Z building is equipped with 8 Schindler elevators:

  • The garage lift, levels -2 to 0, allows access to the underground garage from the main lobby level.
  • The bicycle and goods lift (designed for all deliveries), functions also as a fire-fighting lift, supports levels from - 2 to 14.

Elevator failure - Emergency Service: 800 800 810  

  • In the event of a lift failure, each lift has a Remote Monitoring System.
  • In order to call for help, press the emergency button - bell sign. Two-way communication in the elevator car enables a direct connection to the Schindler Call Center.

Employees - access

EACH EMPLOYEE HAS AN INDIVIDUAL OFFICE ACCESS CARD, FOR WHICH IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE.

THE CARD CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO THIRD PARTIES.

IF THE CARD IS LOST, THE EMPLOYEE WILL IMMEDIATELY REPORT THIS FACT TO THE ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT.

THE COST OF RECEIVING A DUPLICATE CARD IS PLN 50 NET.

PLEASE! DO NOT PUT COMPANY BUSINESS CARDS INTO THE CARD CASE.

The building's reception desk is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Outside the indicated hours, the main entrance is closed, and access to the Building can be obtained through three side entrances, two of them are located next to the revolving door, one leading to the bicycle and goods lift from Łucka St.
