You must submit the membership certificate for the statutory health insurance fund only when you change the health insurance to HR. Please submit the confirmation of termination of the previous statutory health insurance company as well as the membership certificate of the new statutory health insurance company to HR before the change.

For private health insurance, a confirmation in accordance with § 257 and § 61 SGB and the certificate for provident expenses in accordance with § 10 EStG (Income Tax Act) must be submitted together with the details of the last statutory health insurance company. Please also submit the annually updated private health insurance documents to HR Operations (payroll@payback.group).

MINI KITA Loyalty Partner "KINDERZIMMER"

On October 15, 2019 the time had come! Together with SIRA Childcare our LP Mini- Company-Kita was opened. Directly in our building 12 children let off steam daily on the 70m² playground. The little ones are looked after by 3 permanently assigned educators of the SIRA team. In addition to a play area, there is also a spacious sleeping area where the children can relax and recover from fun and games.

We would especially like to support those colleagues who

  • get back to the job at PAYBACK GROUP as quickly as possible,
  • so that families are dependent on a care place and no other family member takes over the care,
  • work with a high working time factor (Prio have working hours of more than 25 hours per week or full-time jobs)

As an employer, Loyalty Partner assumes a high proportion of the care costs per place and thus offers an additional benefit.

Registration for our KINDERZIMMER has now been running centrally via Kitafinder of the Stadt München since 2022.

Process:

  • Registration possible after the birth of the child
  • Start Kitafinder
  • Filter SIRA Kinderbetreuung GmbH as provider
  • Select Mini-KITA KINDERZIMMER
  • After registration at Kitafinder, please forward your registration email to SIRA and confirm that you are employed by PAYBACK GROUP: anmeldung@sira-kinderbetreuung.de

SIRA will then allocate places accordingly on the cut-off date each year (approx. mid-March) and contact you. The childcare costs will be invoiced via SIRA on the basis of the fee table of the city of Munich. SIRA will send all other documents and information directly. 

You will also receive a written agreement from Loyalty Partner to regulate and document the allocation of places internally.

Among other things, you will have to enclose an employer's certificate from both parents. After contacting you, SIRA will inform you which documents are necessary. 

 

With the PAYBACK Visa credit card you have the perfect travel companion, because you have no fees worldwide when you withdraw money or pay in foreign currencies! You also collect 1°point for every €5 you spend. Your °points expiry is also suspended! You can find all information about the card and the link to the application here.

Normally, the credit card includes an annual fee (in the current version it is €18 from the 2nd year, the new product from November 2024 will change again). However, the card is permanently free for PAYBACK members!

Once your credit card application has been checked and approved by BW Bank, all you have to do is verify your identity conveniently via IDnow. Your PAYBACK Visa credit card will then be sent to you.

As soon as you receive the card, you can start using it. If the annual fee is due, please send a message from your PAYBACK e-mail address to Thomas.Sosnik@LBBW.de asking for the annual fee to be refunded, as you are a PAYBACK employee. This will then be credited to you by BW Bank with the next statement. Repeat this process the following year from your PAYBACK e-mail address if you are still employed by PAYBACK.
