The Self Service Portal is available from January 30th onwards for the purpose of documenting your goals. All other functions will show in the portal from the end of March 2023 onwards.

Open an individual target (Individual) in the current sheet, then click on "Show Previous" and a new column will appear. You can now copy the text directly from the column and paste it into the column next to it.

Use the EDIT button. This opens the individual target and it is now editable.

This is not possible for the target setting at the beginning of the year.
For the mid-year review 2023, you can see all the goals displayed in an overview.

Forward the goal sheet to your supervisor and ask to add the 4th and/or 5th goal. After it has been sent back, you can enter the details in the portal.

In Self Service, switch your view from "Employee" to "Manager". There you will see the Team Review tab and can view and edit the target sheets of your team members. Once your team member has assigned you the sheet, you can add your content and continue working on it.

Yes you can. Click on the settings options in the upper right corner and change the language to your preferred language.

Currently, you are automatically logged out of the system after one hour.

For us in Poland this is not applicable. This functionality in Self Service tool are only available for German collegues.
