From September 2024 until further notice: 

• EVERYONE will be working mainly in the office again 
• We continue to offer a high degree of flexibility
• Those who work 5 days per week will be allowed to do so at their home office on up to 2 days 
• Attendance minimum 3 days in the office also apply to the weeks in which individual vacation days, public holidays or sick days occur.
• Business trips, outside training are treated as "office days."
