Meals, Gifts & Entertainment - how to deal with giving and receiving benefits from vendors/business partners by AMEX:)

1. You are planning to give a benefit on behalf of LPP?  Fill out the MGEs form first! 

2. You have received a benefit from vendor/business partner?  Fill out the MGEs form! 

3. MGEs form ready? Send it to Anna Gos/Ewelina Smolińska (CC your Department Director). 

4. You are are planning to give something to SOE (State Owned Entities company)? Approval from Marcin Pilarski is obligatory. 

5. Entered MGEs form in AMEX system is proceed at least 5 days!  Please be patient:)
