What is the Partner Cockpit / ThoughtSpot?

The Partner Cockpit / ThoughtSpot is a web-based analytics / reporting self-service tool, with the help of which you can get (standardized) key figures and evaluations around partners, PAYBACK program, campaigns and much more. The name "Partner Cockpit" is used in an external context, ThoughtSpot in a purely internal context. 
The tool brings some advantages: 

  • Every user can view and export many, existing contents by himself 
  • Each user can also create their own pinboards / reports and thus perform their own analyses without having to submit a ticket to the Analytics department. 
  • The adaptation costs of existing pinboards / reports can thus ideally be significantly reduced. 
  • New pinboards / reports can be implemented more flexibly (partly without BI Dev) 
  • Current data is available on a daily basis 

Who can use the Partner Cockpit / ThoughtSpot?

All PAYBACK, LPS and LP Holding employees. 

How do I get access to the Partner Cockpit / ThoughtSpot?

  1. Click on pb-iam.intra.loyaltypartner.com to get to the IAM tool. Log in with your Windows login. 
  2. Then select Create Request from the menu bar. Or click directly on the link on the home screen. 
  3. Now you can search for the appropriate group in the search bar. 
    ThoughtSpot (Germany) - Analytics; Business, Amazon group (special group for need to know users)
    ThoughtSpot (Austria) - Analytics; Business, Amazon group (special group for need to know users)
    ThoughtSpot (Poland) - Analytics; Business,Amazon group (special group for need to know users)
    ThoughtSpot (Italy) - Analytics; Business,Amazon group (special group for need to know users)
    Please sign up for only one group per country. 
  4. Select the group so that a blue check mark appears. 
  5. Click on the button Select User Max Mustermann to request access for yourself. 
  6. Add an explanation why you need the access permission. Before you confirm with the Submit Request button, check the group for which you are requesting access and the user for whom access is being requested. Both are displayed below the request field. After that you can confirm.  

How do I log in to Partner Cockpit / ThoughtSpot?

Prerequisite: you have already requested access via the IAM tool and your user has been approved. 

  1. Use the corresponding URL: 
    https://payback.thoughtspot.cloud/  Germany and Global KPIs
    https://payback-intl.thoughtspot.cloud/ PL, AT and IT

  2. First enter your username and password in the mask that pops up. 
    Username and password are the same as the Windows login.
