Pulse survey is a confidential survey among employees that allows us to collect opinions on:

  • employee satisfaction and commitment,
  • team work,
  • areas of good leadership and areas for improvement.

The obtained results are the basis for the development of further action plans on the company & team level.

1. What is the purpose of the Pulse?

Pulse research provides a broader way of communication between team leaders and employees.
For employees, the Pulse is an opportunity to share their thoughts on working with their leader. It allows identify areas requiring improvement in the effectiveness of activities. This is feedback to leaders on what is done well and what needs to be improved.

2. Benefits for employees, managers and the company

The PULSE survey allows you to obtain anonymous opinions and comments, which are taken into account in the planned activities of the Management Board/teams.
The PULSE is a channel of communication with the team that allows them to collect honest opinions, often not communicated openly.
The obtained results allow to define a specific action plan. They also discover employee problems as well as those related to management and leadership. They also allow you to pay attention to possible dangers in advance.
The PULSE provides a more flexible form of communication, and thus increase employee engagement, and thus obtain better business results.

3. Who is the survey for? Why is it crucial?

The questionnaire is addressed to all full-time and part-time employees.
Participation in the survey is voluntary, however, it is an opportunity for employees to express their opinion. The more employees who participate in the study, the more accurately we can identify and determine the elements for improvement.

4. Will my supervisor see my answers?

All data collected in the Pulse study is kept confidential. If fewer than 5 people from the department take part in the study, these results are included only in the general statement.
