The Tenants can access the parking lot level in line with the access control rules applicable in the Building. In consultation with the Tenant’s representative, the employees are assigned appropriate authorization.

The following rules apply in the Generation Park Z Building parking lot:

  1. Road traffic regulations are applicable in the area of parking lots.
  2. Only vehicles weight up to 3.5 tons may park in the garage. The maximum height of the vehicle does not exceed 2.6 m (including the antenna).
  3. Tenants and guests are required to follow road signs and other information signs in the parking lot.
  4. The speed limit in the parking lots is 10 km/h.
  5. The parking lot can be accessed through the entrance from the side of Łucka St.
  6. Level -2 can be accessed through the parking lot at level -1.
  7. The access to the parking lot is controlled by the access control system. The Tenants’ guests are allowed to the parking lot after registering them in the virtual reception of the Building or after discussing the visit with the Tenant and notifying the security.
  8. At the entrance to the parking lot, the card user should register himself or herself in the system by placing the virtual or traditional card on the reader, which will open the barrier.
  9. There is a fire stop between parking lots at levels -1 and -2. If it closes automatically, the driver should follow the SWS (Sound Warning System) instructions. Flashing lamp signals that the fire stop is closing.
  10. It is forbidden to block the gate, doors and evacuation exits.
  11. It is forbidden to park vehicles outside of designated parking places, i.e. at access roads and places intended for passing by.
  12. It is forbidden to smoke cigarettes/tobacco products and electronic cigarettes outside the indicated places and drink alcoholic beverages in the parking lot.
  13. The storage of any combustible materials, fuels, etc. in the parking lot is strictly prohibited.
  14. It is forbidden to remove waste in the parking lot and to leave garbage outside the containers intended for this purpose.
  15. It is forbidden to carry out repairs, washing or vacuuming vehicles and replacing operating fluids in parking spaces, internal roads, at entrances and exits.
  16. It is forbidden to hand on access control cards to enable the entrance of unauthorized vehicles. Such practices will be reported directly to the representative of the Tenant. In such cases, the access card will be automatically deactivated.

 

MOTORCYCLES must be parked in spaces dedicated for motorcycles.

 

The Building Owner, its representatives and Property Manager are not liable for any damage or theft of vehicles in the parking lot. They also do not assume any liability for injuries or emotional discomfort resulting from accidents, collisions or other incidents.

Building Security monitors the traffic at the entrance and exit, as well as events, passenger and car traffic in the parking lot itself.
