In ADP World you can view and download your electronic pay slips (ePayslip) as well as your annual income tax statement and social security notifications. You can log in to ADP World using the following website (www.adpworld.de) with the company ID: loy, your user name and password. Your welcome email to ADP World will be sent to your office email address 4-6 weeks after joining. Once you have registered/logged in there for the first time, you can log in to ADP World from your company notebook as well as from a personal device.

Please also use the services of Elster so that your income tax certificate will be delivered to you digitally ELSTER - Pre-filled tax return (private individuals)

Your ADP World user account: Update February 2024 #staytuned

To better protect your account and documents from cyberattacks and phishing attempts, we are switching the login process to 2-step verification. We will automatically activate your account. You don't have to do anything else.

This is how it works:

• Start website ADP World on your device (preferably your private device)  https://www.adpworld.de/
• Enter your password
• You will now see a message that you will receive a verification code via email. Click on SEND. Now check your mailbox directly and copy the code from the email.
• Return to the ADP World website and paste the code there. Click send
• Welcome to ADP World! The portal opens and you can view your documents. It is best to download the documents to your private device and save them there. We recommend that you check your payslips every month. This will also prevent the system from automatically deactivating you after 3 months.

FAQ's 2-step registration:

I don't have ADP World user data - Contact our HR Operations Team at payroll@payback.group - Please always use the subject header for company and reason. Example: "PB: ADP World user data missing"

I am not receiving an email. - Did you click "Send" (blue arrow) on the Request verification code page? Only then will the email be generated. The process generally works very reliably and the email is also delivered directly and, in our experience, always lands directly in the inbox. If you have not received an email after 5 minutes, please contact payroll@payback.group.

I am leaving the company soon and will therefore no longer have access to my office email address. - In this case, you can enter your mobile phone number in your ADP World profile. To do this, click on your name, profile and then mobile numbers in the top right-hand corner of your user account. Enter your private cell phone number in the Business cell phone number field. If this particular field is filled in, you will receive the code on your cell phone and can then access your account.
