This regulation sets out the company's internal principles on the termination of contractual agreements of any kind [e.g., framework agreement, supplementary agreement, offer, order, amendment, individual contract, addendum, declaration of intent, letter of intent, memorandum of understanding, software contract, etc.] with service providers, partners and other contractual partners.ä

The employment contracts are not affected by this regulation.

All employees in Germany and Austria are responsible for compliance with these policies and procedures as part of LP's business.
