The General Counsel's Organization (GCO - Legal Department) team advises on all legal matters (except employment law) affecting LP Group companies and their organizational functions. We are the first point of contact for all legal matters and coordinate legal support (in-house and external counsel). With our team, we cover numerous different areas of law and understand how to give our colleagues' ideas the legally permissible framework with our legal expertise.

Our tasks include legal support in the drafting, negotiation and interpretation of contracts and other documents, the assessment of competition law and antitrust issues, and advice in the area of data protection. We also examine the legal framework for new business areas and for new markets. Our legal archive forms the legal backbone of the LP companies.
