The conclusion of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is an integral part of the contract management process in the LP group.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement is a contract with which one or both Parties agree to keep confidential any and all Confidential Information and not to disclose Confidential Information to third parties without the prior written approval of the respective party. An NDA should be concluded before or no later than the beginning of the contract negotiations (discussions) between the business department and the contractor.
