The aim of the PAYBACK Academy is to provide you with the best possible support both during your start-up phase and throughout your PAYBACK career.

Operational topics will be taught to you by your team as part of your daily tasks. The PAYBACK Academy is designed to help you think outside the box and understand PAYBACK as a whole.

There you will find, among other things:

- the introductory document to the PAYBACK Academy (please read first)

- the department profiles - profiles of all departments and their teams

- the Journeys - the role of each team in the main processes of the company

- the list of abbreviations

- and the welcome folder for new starters (template to be filled in by the manager)

The PAYBACK Academy helps answer frequently asked questions for new starters on their first days. And there are bound to be one or two new aspects for long-established colleagues, too. So don't forget to point out the PAYBACK Academy content to your new colleagues. By the way, the Academy was set up by our trainees as part of their 2020 annual project. Thank you for that!
