These courses aim to improve the language skills of all the colleagues at PAYBACK GROUP who use a foreign language at work intensively. The focus is primarily on German courses #onboarding.

German language courses:

A German course can be booked individually with a language institute of your choice after consultation with your manager. Reimbursement of costs is then possible via the mobileexpenses tool.

We recommend these language institutes:

• Deutschakademie
• Goetheinstitut 
• Fokus Sprachschule Munich.

English language courses:

We prefer to book English courses at the language school Learnlight. You can book the annual licenses "Learnlight Academy" there, which allow you to learn for 12 months on an online platform and enroll in a suitable virtual group course. Conversation courses are only supported in individual cases and after consultation with the department. We are happy to help find an internal language buddy for you. All courses are exclusively virtual. If you have any questions about language courses, you are very welcome to ask HR, Tanja Wilhelm.

Process:

• In the employee interview with the manager, participation in a language training course is determined on the basis of the individual objectives.
• Request for participation in the language course via HR
