You are in the right place if you want to push your development and ideally have already participated in the training „Growth Mindset & Learnability“ . The basics you learned there will help you get a good start in the ABOUT ME workshop.

In the workshop, we will address these answers, look at different motivators and focus on your development moments so far. In addition, we will look at the Ikigai model and work out to what extent these questions contained therein can drive further personal development. In numerous exercises you will deal with different aspects of reflection and development, sometimes in individual work, sometimes in the group.

To prepare for the ABOUT ME workshop, you can answer the following questions for yourself and bring your notes with you to the workshop: 

• What do you do differently since the Growth Mindset & Learnability training?
• What has changed as a result?
• If you don't do anything differently, why not?

The workshop was developed together with the managing director of the training institute bridgehouse, Jürgen Schulze-Seeger, our consultants from the company meta five (known for Development Center and Leadership Camp) and personnel. We have been offering this workshop regularly since 2020. This is how we learn with and from each other.
