HOW DOES IT WORK?

The mystery coffee draw will be held every 4 weeks on Tuesday. Everyone who is interested takes part in the game. From this group, the system picks pairs of people from other departments and sends them an invitation to a meeting. The drawn pairs receive an email with the invitation and the proposed date and time of the meeting. Automatically, it will be the following Tuesday from 12:30 - 13:00 p.m. If the given date does not suit you, agree together on a convenient day, time, length and place of the meeting (offline/online). Do it individually - do not modify the invitation you received, as all Decline, Accept, Propose new date responses will go into the vacuum, not to the person you are supposed to meet with.

HOW TO USE/SPEND THIS TIME?

How great you spend this time is up to you! You can meet at the office and go for coffee/tea or lunch together. If not in the office, then outside the office. A virtual coffee/tea can also be an alternative. The date can certainly be matched, you have time for this until the next draw (4 weeks).

Our suggestions that you can use during the conversation:

• Word game - try to find 3 qualities you have in common and 3 things in which you are completely different. I wonder how quickly you will be able to find them...?
• For each invitation we add two randomly assigned general questions, so you can learn more about yourself.

IS THERE A WEBSITE FOR MANAGING MYSTERY COFFEE?

Yes, there is the PB IT Services - Log In (loyaltypartner.com) platform (the same one where you register your office attendance or sign up for training). There you will find a new 'Mystery Coffee' tab. There you will find, among other things, information about when the next draw is, who has been drawn for us in the current round and who we have already met with.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO PARTICIPATE?

Every PAYBACK EMPLOYEE is a participant in Mystery Coffee and takes part in the drawing. Those on maternity leave, etc. are automatically removed from subsequent draws. New employees are automatically added to the fun. If you know that you should not participate in the next drawing because, for example, you are going on a month's vacation or for some other reason you want to drop out - you can unsubscribe from the future drawing (Enter PB IT Services - Log In (loyaltypartner.com), then - Your Profile (press on your name) and - unclick 'participation in mystery coffee'), and if you want to join again, you can do it at any time, in the same way (unclick 'participation in mystery coffee'). Remember to do this at least 30 minutes before the next draw.
