Access cards for entitled colleagues

• Eligibility will be assessed and determined by HR. Eligible persons as defined above who already have an access pass may continue to use it.

Access cards for non-entitled colleagues

• In principle, all permanent colleagues can apply for the remaining access cards. Please read the conditions below carefully before deciding whether to apply.
• If you would like to apply for an access card, you can do so here.
• Colleagues who are currently in receipt of a Deutschlandticket are not eligible to receive an access pass at the same time. If they are successful in their application and receive an access pass, they must return their Deutschlandticket. 

Criteria for awarding access tickets for non-eligible colleagues

• If more colleagues apply for an access card than there are pool cards available, the cards will only be issued for one calendar year at a time and the following criteria will apply:
  • Length of service with the PAYBACK GROUP,
  • Basic entitlement to a company car,
  • Frequent work in the office,
  • Distance from the workplace,
  • Colleagues with small children, as long as they are dependent on the car to take the child/children to primary school.

For all senior project managers, officers, heads of department and heads of division

• Only possible after a successful probationary period
• Gross financial leasing rate paid by colleagues 
• Maintenance and ancillary costs paid by the PAYBACK GROUP 
• Colleagues pay tax on imputed income

• All enrolled students who can purchase a discounted Deutschlandticket for €29 receive a travel allowance of €29 gross in addition to their salary. Voluntary interns receive an additional €50 gross for their travel costs.
