Management Trainee Program
Our management trainee program covers a period of 18 to 24 months and 3 to 4 blocks lasting between 5 and 6 months. During this time, we get to know all facets of our various companies. Whether it's PAYBACK, LPH or LPS - we have the opportunity to get a taste of all the different areas of the company and learn about them in depth. In the first two stations, we will be assigned to (Digital) Partner Management and (Digital) Marketing, which will allow us to familiarize ourselves with PAYBACK's core functions. The 3rd and 4th stations we complete in various departments ranging from Analytics to Product, Customer Service and other companies such as LPH or LPS. Due to the insight into the different areas, we gain comprehensive generalist know-how and, above all, build up an overarching network. Afterwards, we join a permanent team within the LP Group.
Finance Trainee Program
The Finance Trainee Program also covers a period of 18 to 24 months with several blocks between 2 and 6 months. During our trainee period, we get to know all facets of LPH's Finance division. However, we are also assigned to PAYBACK for at least one stop in order to get to know the day-to-day business there. By gaining an insight into the various areas, we also gain a broad range of expertise and build up an overarching network.
Business Analyst Trainee Program
In addition, there is also the Business Analyst Trainee Program, which covers a period of 18 to 24 months with several blocks of between 2 and 6 months. During our trainee period, we are deployed in various areas, including PAYBACK in the Analytics area and LPH in Controlling, and deal with numbers, data and facts. This means, for example, that we take care of data analyses, take on cross-channel campaign management or develop scoring or pricing models or support the specialist departments in various teams in Controlling.
What else?
In addition, we have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of training courses. These include, for example, communication and negotiation training, but also training on the subject of PAYBACK or MS Office, which allows us to work specifically on our personal skills. In addition, our trainee projects are an essential part of the program, because here we deal with strategic issues and, together with a specialist department, manage our own project, which lasts between 4 and 6 months. During the entire duration of the program we are accompanied by our buddies, personal mentors and HR.
