Friends are not created in the MSS / ESS. As a manager, you can still use the same review structure and questions for your Friends.

The feedback sheet has no monetary effect, but forms the basis for the feedback discussion with your friend and can have the following benefits:

• It intensifies the exchange between you and the Friend
• You give constructive and motivating feedback regarding the Friend's performance and competencies (professional and personal)
• You can actively discuss development opportunities with your Friend during the feedback meeting
