IT specialist for system integration

• All apprentices are employed by Loyalty Partner GmbH and are supervised by Daniela Riedleder (HR)
• Our apprentices are usually between 16 and 25 years old
• Most apprentices come to us directly after graduating from school
• They spend approx. 9 months in the practical phase at our company - the remaining 3 months are spent at vocational school for the theory phase.

Now about our marketing apprentices

• The training lasts 2 -3 years
• Every year we hire about 2 marketing apprentices with us
• You will learn about the PAYBACK marketing world in up to 6 training stations with different focuses
• Here, their potential is promoted and challenged in the right places
• The areas of responsibility are always dependent on the department and consist of regular tasks, smaller To Dos and own projects.
• We offer the apprentices internal projects where they can contribute and apply the knowledge they have learned. The current project, Loyalty Maps, is the development and marketing of an internal navigation system that makes it easier to find the conference rooms. Details will follow in the next few months.

We also train IT specialists for system integration

• Duration of training: 2 - 3 years
• Every year we train about two apprentices

Their tasks include

• Installation of our PCs and software
• Solving PC problems
• Maintenance of our server and network structure
• Taking over (partial) projects

Did you know that our User Access Management Tool was the final project of one of our former apprentices?
In three years, our trainees get to know the entire PAYBACK IT world. They look after our databases, assist with technical partner connections, and expand and maintain our network infrastructure.

Last but not least, training to become an IT specialist for application development.

• Duration of training: 2 - 3 years
• Every year we train about two apprentices

Their tasks include

• Takeover of (partial) projects, such as: "Development of a BKU upgrade process", "Implementation of tools for security", "3rd Party Library Tool" and various "Web Apps"
• Application and database development
• Software engineering
• IT Security
