Anyone can recruit someone from their circle of contacts, regardless of whether you are a permanent employee, friend, trainee, working student, intern or Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral student.
If you successfully recruit a permanent colleague or trainee, you will receive 100,000 °P points, which you will receive on the new colleague's first day of work.
If you recruit a working student, intern or bachelor's/master's/doctoral student, you will receive 4,000 °P points as a thank you.

For every successful placement in the following areas, you can earn a double monthly salary of up to €6,000 gross:
- PAYBACK IT Technology & DevOps, Data and Product
Additionally, you can earn a double monthly salary of up to €6,000 gross for the following position at LPS:
The bonus will be paid out after the new colleague has completed their probationary period.
To receive the net(t)working bonus, you must be in an unterminated employment relationship in the newbie's starting month.
The double salary to be paid out relates to your salary at the time of advertising.
For successful recommendations in the areas of PAYBACK IT Technology & DevOps, Data and Product Warsaw (HUB), you will receive a bonus of 100,000 °P points.
Please note that the recommendation must be documented in writing.

- Option 2 You forward the application to the karriere@payback.group with the indication that it is your recommendation.

You will receive your NET(T)WORK bonus from the Talent Acquisition Team on the new colleague's first day of work.
This scheme applies to all hires from 01.09.2018
There is no bonus for the levels AL & BL and if the recruited colleague:
- has already been employed as a permanent colleague within the LP Group
- has worked for us as an external colleague in the last 12 months
- is a former apprentice, trainee, working student or diploma/doctoral student or FRIEND
- is hired in your own area (This restriction applies only to executives.)
Additionally, colleagues at the department head (AL) hierarchy level and above do not receive a networking bonus.
