Professional Communication Training: Our Basic Training 

In this training you will gain essential insights into the laws, mechanisms and effects of interpersonal communication. The focus is on reflexion of your communication habits and sensitization for winning behaviors in conversation. 

A follow-up course to this in-depth training would be either an impulse webinar on the topic of argumentation, problem solving or verbal resistance, alernatively, the online course "Tough conversations". See details impulse webinar.
